Word to the Mothers Day

Mothers and Mothers Day are universally loved. It takes a special sense of community and dedication, however, to attract a large crowd of mothers, fathers, students, and teachers up to campus on a Saturday to celebrate moms. This year, Mayatan had a terrific ceremony complete with student presentations, dances, a mariachi band, and a delicious meal. Teachers and students organized, setup, broke down, and performed the entire event. It was a nice way to foster a sense of family.
